About Me...

My name is Lisa Rozon (she/her) and I am an experienced manager working for the department of Seniors Services, with the municipality of Niagara Region in Thorold, Ontario, Canada. I have been working in long-term care for 20 years, and in my current role, I manage a team that oversees the operation of 8 long term care homes. I have a passion for providing excellent resident-centered care through the development and implementation of best practices and a focus on quality improvement initiatives. I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Health Studies (MHS) program through Athabasca university, to enrich my knowledge of our healthcare system, and identify opportunities to contribute to improving healthcare for seniors.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending time with my two teenage sons, exploring the outdoors and attending classic car shows with them.  I have a lot of other hobbies, including sewing, reading, and crafting.  Recently, I became adventurous and decided to obtain a motorcycle license.  Now I am a proud owner of a Harley Davidson Sporster 883XL.
